Three years have passed since the Necromorph invasion on board the U.S.S. Ishimura, an invasion that engineer turned alien-killer Isaac Clarke survived. Survived but yet, things are not yet normal and his nightmare is far from over.
After mysteriously awaking from a coma in a massive city anchored to one of Saturn’s moons, ‘The Sprawl’, Isaac Clarke again finds himself thrust into the middle of a relentless Necromorph outbreak. This time, his troubles are more than ever before. His is battling dementia, hunted by the government and haunted by visions of his dead girlfriend.
