Dropbox is an awesome service to synchronize your files across various devices and platforms. It syncs your files across computers, phones as well as the cloud storage. If you need to be always be up-to-date with your files, Dropbox is the service to use.
Dropbox for Android makes it easy to take everything that you need with you. It is a very useful feature for anyone who need a constant access to their important files on all their devices.
Always keep your important files with you, using Dropbox.
About Dropbox for Android:
A Dropbox account is required for you to use this app. If you are a new user, you can register through the app or else you can register from the Dropbox website. If you have an account, login using your credentials and the app displays your folders.
All the folders in the Dropbox folder on your PC are listed down by the app. One major difference between the Dropbox Desktop Client and Dropbox app for Android (and other mobile platforms) is that the mobile apps do not sync (or download) all the files automatically.
The files are downloaded on-demand whenever you request for them. This saves a lot of precious space on the mobile device. Sharing is easy as the public URL of the files can be shared for others to download your file.
Managing Audio and Video Files Made Easy:
Create a new audio or video right from the app and upload to your Dropbox folder. You can also take pictures, create text files and folders to sync with your Dropbox.
Upload the files to your Dropbox folder and they will sync to your PC.
Dropbox can be secured by adding a passcode Lock so that its safe from any prying eyes. There is option to delete your Dropbox data if incorrect code is entered 10 times, but it is really not recommended.
Someone may accidentally delete your important Dropbox data while playing around with the app.
A limitation I noticed here is that only one device can be linked at a time. It would be great to have a choice to choose your account without needing to unlink the other one. Besides that, a detailed in-app help is provided to help new users understand how it works and address any doubts.
Features of Dropbox Android App:

Though Dropbox is an awesome app, some features are missing -

- You cannot move or rename files. Text files can be edited.
- Dropbox doesn’t provide option to browse SD card though you can use other apps for the purpose. [E.g. File Expert]
