- Get the access list of servers from the VPN provider
- Check for the provider’s desktop app in Microsoft Store or look for their webpage to get servers location, current load of the server, and server address for manual connection

Step 1: Press Windows key + I to open Settings and then click on Network & Security.

Connecting to VPN
There are 2 ways to connect to the created VPN profile –
- One is via the WiFi/Internet icon available on the taskbar of Windows 10
- The second one is using Settings
To connect via the WiFi/Internet connection icon, follow the instructions mentioned below.
Click on the WiFi/Internet icon and then click on the VPN name seen on the top.
Click on the Connect button, seen below the VPN name.
If you don’t find the VPN connection name via the taskbar, then go to Settings. Press Windows key + I to open Settings and click on Network & Internet. Go to VPN from the left panel and now click on the VPN name you created.
You will see three options there, click on Connect to establish a VPN connection.
You will now see Connected under the VPN name.
You can make changes to the VPN profile by clicking on Advanced options. Once you click on Advanced options, you will see an option to edit profile and clear sign-in information.
If you wish to delete the created VPN profile, then simply click on Remove. The VPN profile and information related to it will be deleted.
